Autonomous AI Agents That Get Real Work Done
An agent isn’t a chatbot. It’s an AI worker — given a goal, it plans, takes actions across your tools, and reports back. We build agents for sales triage, recruiting, research, and operations.

What is AI Agents?
WHY IT MATTERS
Why it matters now
WHAT WE DELIVER
What we deliver
Goal definition & scoping
We help you frame the agent's mission narrowly enough that it succeeds — broad agents fail, focused ones thrive.
Tool integrations
The agent gets controlled access to the tools it needs: email, CRM, calendar, web search, your internal databases. Each tool has guardrails.
Approval gates
For sensitive actions (sending email, spending money, deleting records), the agent requests human approval. You stay in control of irreversible steps.
Behavior testing
Before launch, we run the agent against 50-100 historical scenarios from your business to verify it handles real cases the way you would.
Logging & audit trail
Every action the agent takes is logged with reasoning. You can replay any decision and tune behavior.
Continuous improvement
Monthly retainer covers retraining, new tool integrations, expanded goal scope as the agent earns trust.
HOW IT WORKS
How it works
- 1. Mission scoping (weeks 1-2)
We define exactly what the agent will and won't do, what tools it gets, and what outcomes count as success. - 2. Build & shadow mode (weeks 3-6)
The agent runs alongside your team in shadow mode — making decisions but only logging them, not acting. You review the log and approve. - 3. Live with approval gates (week 7+)
Once you trust it, we relax approval gates step by step. Most agents reach full autonomy on routine tasks within 2-3 months.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of work can an agent actually do?
Sales lead research and outreach, resume screening and interview scheduling, competitor monitoring, customer churn-risk flagging, weekly report compilation, document drafting from templates, inbox triage. Anything that’s repetitive, has a clear success metric, and uses tools the agent can access.
Isn't this just hype? Can agents really work autonomously?
In 2023 the answer was “barely.” In 2026 the answer is “yes, for narrow tasks with clear scope.” Broad agents (do my job) still fail. Focused agents (research these 50 leads and draft outreach) work reliably. We only build the latter.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
Approval gates on consequential actions, full audit log, and human-in-the-loop on edge cases. We design for the assumption that the agent will sometimes be wrong — and make sure those errors are caught before they cost you money.
How is this different from a workflow automation?
A workflow follows a fixed recipe. An agent decides which steps to take based on the situation. Use a workflow when steps are predictable; use an agent when the path varies.
What does an agent build cost?
Most projects are $8,000-$30,000 build, plus $200-$1,500/month run cost depending on volume. We’ll quote based on your specific use case before any work starts.
